How do I get images to display in my browser instead of the red X in the little box

When l go to http://tacticalshooters.com/COF/Scenario_1.htm all l get is a 
Cutie
large box with a small box with the little red X in it, instead of the

graphic that is supposed to be displayed.

you need to install direct x program

possibly you have pop ups blocked sometimes you have  
buggaboo
to allow them or if your on dial up it may time out

the red x means the author of the web page has linked to an

image incorrectly. It either means:

a) the image is not there or doesn't exist

b) the image is corrupt
